SECURITY DEPOSIT: All space reservations require a refundable deposit. Deposit is forfeited for any damages, in addition to a vendor's failure to abide by their given load in / load out times. NO EXCEPTIONS.
INSURANCE: All exhibitors are required to carry liability insurance and name additional insured. All vendors must have insurance in order to enter the event site.
ENTRY TICKETS: Booth reservations include 4 general entry tickets. Additional general admission tickets are offered by Russo and Steele directly for $10 each, ($10 off the regular price.)
PRODUCT QUALITY: Knock-off merchandise is not permitted. If not disclosed in “product/service” exhibitor will be banned after merchandise has been identified and exhibit will be removed from property without refund.
EXHIBITOR SPACE: Booth space allocation will have a curtain divider. and is not meant to support hanging of heavy items (i.e. racks, displays, etc). This is a RAIN OR SHINE event. We do not guarantee an even flooring surface. All vendors must provide their own displays, special lighting, etc. as well as booth closures such as tarps with zip-ties, bungee cords, etc. and means to transport merchandise on and off site (dollies and carts are not available). No telephone lines, computer services, or water are available on site. 10 amps of power are included. Exhibit space must remain within the allotted booth and displays outside of the booth in the aisles are not permitted. Signage cannot hang from the outside of the tent. All tables must be draped with linens to the floor (preferably black). Approval is required to host a raffle or give away prizes. Email desiree@russoandsteele.com in regards to this process. Russo and Steele, LLC reserves the right to make all final decisions on exclusive products. Certain facilities are mandated by union labor rules. We will notify you if this applies to your event.
